Our quality control includes the control of nonconforming products and product accidents that occur during incoming inspection, process inspection, finished product inspection, product delivery and after-sales service.
Identification of nonconforming products: In the process of product production, delivery and service, the relevant departments and personnel, customers through the product characteristics to take appropriate ways to monitor and measure the monitoring and measurement of the results of the monitoring and measurement of the product characteristics compared with the requirements of the product, the product can not meet the requirements of the product is recognized as a nonconforming product. The relevant departments are responsible for identifying, labeling, isolating, evaluating and disposing of the nonconforming products.
Incoming inspection of nonconforming products control: quality inspection according to the “raw and auxiliary materials inspection standards”, the incoming material inspection, inspection judged unqualified, by the purchaser to notify the supply manufacturer for the return of goods.
Control of non-conforming products in the production process: each inspection station in the production process according to the relevant inspection work instructions for in-process, finished product inspection, found to be non-conforming by the production department to organize rework / repair, quality inspection is responsible for rework / repair of the product after re-inspection.
Finished product inspection occurs in the control of substandard products: finished product inspection, the inspection is judged to be unqualified, organized by the Ministry of production rework / repair, quality inspection for re-inspection. Re-inspection procedures are as follows:
1) Rework, reworked and repaired products are placed in one place centrally.
2) Quality inspector of the batch of products for the original problem check. See whether all rework qualified.
3) The quality inspector of the batch of products for general inspection, in accordance with the normal acceptance criteria for finished products, if necessary, need to ruler, in order to measure whether there is a change in the size of the product.
Control of non-conforming products in warehouse inventory: non-conforming products occurring in warehouse inventory materials or products due to process changes or other factors, the warehouse manager will report to the quality department and the production department for evaluation, and when it is determined that it can not be repaired, it will be scrapped.
Control of non-conforming products returned by customers: the business department organizes the identification and evaluation of the customer's return request, the business personnel hand over the non-conforming products with the customer, return the non-conforming products to the warehouse, and the warehouse will be marked and segregated. The quality inspection organization will evaluate the nonconforming products, and carry out repair for the products with repair value, and the production department will organize the implementation.
Handling of non-conforming products: Product quality problems caused by raw materials, processes, etc. can be handled according to non-conforming products. If the product fails to meet the requirements of laws and regulations of the customer's location, the product will be handled according to the recall procedure. If the product fails to meet the safety requirements of the relevant industry standards or customer standards, we will notify the customer in time and deal with it according to the recall procedure. If the product fails to meet the requirements of the customer's sample, we will notify the customer in time and deal with the product according to the non-conforming product handling procedure.
