What happens to defective or nonconforming products before they reach me?
Nonconforming products at YADA are identified, labeled, isolated, and either reworked or scrapped before they can reach you. This covers incoming materials, in-process items, finished goods, warehouse stock, and returns. Failed items are marked, labeled with reasons, and segregated. Repairable items are reworked and re-inspected by QC before continuing. Unrepairable items are scrapped; bad raw materials are returned to the supplier.
